We were excited to announce the groundbreaking of The Nook at Northaven in June of 2023, a Workforce Housing community with an early learning childcare center operated by ReWA on the first floor.
This project is a testament to our commitment to providing affordable housing and supporting our community’s needs. We are 4 months from completion of the Workforce Housing Building apartments.
ReWa Early Learning Childcare Center space will be completed by summer of 2025.
We are currently working to integrate intergenerational community programing into the Northaven community.
