Our independent living building boasts 198 high-quality studios, deluxe studio, and one-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind.

As a resident of Northaven, you can rest assured with 24-hour security and an emergency call system in place. Each apartment features a private bath and individual kitchen, with optional Wi-Fi service and cable TV for a fee.
 

For those who dislike cleaning, all residents receive one hour of housekeeping services each month from our dedicated staff, with the option to purchase additional time as needed.

If cooking isn't your preference, you can dine with fellow residents or entertain family and friends in our full-service dining room, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday.

Need transportation for a medical appointment? Our medical transportation service is available for a nominal fee. For those seeking adventure, Northaven is conveniently located in the bustling neighborhood of Northgate. While resident parking is not available, we are situated near several bus lines, and the Northgate Light Rail station. Accessing the city is easy, with options including taxis, ride-sharing services, and our own transportation for doctor appointments. Additionally, our Northaven bus provides trips to neighborhood grocery stores, coffee shops, monthly city lunches, theatrical performances, and shopping excursions several times a week.
